Account Coordinator

As an Account Coordinator, you will partner closely with other members in the Client Success Team to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.  


  • Well-developed organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Self-starter who can take initiative, prioritize tasks, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

  • Natural storyteller, creative thinker and problem solver 

  • Collaborative and able to accept constructive feedback

  • 1 - 3 years account service, project management, customer service or similar experience preferred 

  • Willing to travel to support clients on site

  • Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills (high proficiency in both preferred) 

  • Must be hungry, humble, and smart


  • Play a supporting role within teams of Account Managers servicing Bonfyre’s larger clients

  • Use Bonfyre’s reporting tools and Excel to analyze data and deliver insights to clients

  • Put together Insights PowerPoint presentations that match Bonfyre’s awesome brand standards

  • Execute the setup of Bonfyre for prospects and clients

  • Build relationships with Bonfyre clients to help strengthen and grow accounts 

  • Conduct training webinars with clients

  • Lead short-term Event Client projects from start to finish

  • Possess a thorough understanding and ability to explain, promote and problem solve around the Bonfyre platform and the services

  • Provide technical support to our customers and their users (Zendesk, email, phone calls)

  • Seek guidance from the appropriate resource on significant non-routine issues

  • Act as a positive representative of the company, both internally and externally

  • Coordinate with cross functional teams as needed

  • Additional duties as assigned
